Moog Employee Referral Challenge

• In this competitive job market, we are looking to our employees to share their love for Moog to help us find great people.
• Employees could earn up to $5,000 for successfully referring candidates online for eligible positions through our Employee Referral Challenge
• If your referral is hired for a reward-eligible position, you will receive a reward payment if you and your referral are both still employed at Moog six months following the new employee’s start date.
• To find referral reward-eligible jobs:
  1. Click on the Employee Referral Challenge tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Click Here to See All Referral Reward Eligible Positions!”
  2. Locate a job you want to share, click on the job title
  3. Select "Share this Job"
  4. Select "Grab a Referral Link"
  5. Copy the link and paste it into any type of message (email/text/direct message) or onto a social media post to share with possible candidates
  6. Candidates must use the link you shared to give you referral credit
